If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
HOW TO RETURN
- Email us at ollielau21@gmail.com with your order number.
- We will provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
REFUND METHOD
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplement bottles with more than half the product used are not eligible for a full refund. A partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
